Producing a balance sheet, trial balance or income statement for a building usually meant exporting raw transaction data and building the report yourself. These reports are now generated directly from your bookkeeping, viewable on a dedicated Bookkeeping page, and can be exported as PDF.
Supplier subledger for co-owners
When a co-owner pays an expense on behalf of the building — an emergency repair, for example — they can now be recorded as a supplier for that specific transaction, kept separate from their regular account as an owner.

- Purchase invoices, payments and payment requests: the journal entry behind each one is now shown directly on its detail page, instead of only in the general ledger.
- Building financial navigation is reorganized: a building selector lets you switch buildings without leaving the financial section, and page titles clearly show which building you're viewing.
