Keeping track of a building's certificates, past renovations, insurance policies and estimated value usually means digging through folders and emails. A passport tab on each building now brings all of this together — certificates, renovations, estimations, costs and insurance — in one place.
Polls (Building Manager)
Getting a quick decision from co-owners outside a scheduled meeting used to mean a round of emails and waiting for replies. Create a poll and send it to your co-owners, who can respond directly from their SNDQ At Home portal.
Meeting participants export (Building Manager)
Export the list of participants for a meeting directly from the platform, using a ready-made template, instead of compiling it by hand.

- Distribution keys: fixed several issues with distribution keys during building creation, including unit counts, percentage formatting, and the ability to delete a key.
- Facilities: maintenance records for a facility now correctly save who performed the work, along with notes and proof.
