Certificate tracking (Building Manager)
Keeping track of which building certificates are expiring soon usually means checking each building's passport individually. A dashboard tile now shows expiring certificates across your whole portfolio, alongside a table listing every certificate you're tracking, with a shortcut to create a task directly from there. The alert for an expiring certificate can also be configured to arrive as far ahead as you need — six months before expiry, for example — giving enough time to arrange a tender or a new supplier before the current one runs out.
Ending rental contracts overview (Property Manager)
Finding which rental contracts are ending soon used to mean checking each one individually. A dedicated overview lists every rental contract approaching its end date, with the option to extend one contract or several at once.

Building Manager
- A property's energy label now syncs automatically when an Energy Performance Certificate is registered on the building passport, instead of needing to be entered separately in two places. Emails sent for a quote request now use your workspace's own branding and domain, instead of showing the SNDQ logo.
Property Manager
- Rental contracts: a single property can now be removed from a rental contract that covers several properties, instead of only being able to delete the whole contract. Rental contracts can now be filtered by their start month, useful for finding contracts approaching an anniversary date. Retroactive correction is now available when indexing a single rental contract, not only when indexing several contracts at once. Indexation can also be skipped for a specific year and undone afterward if needed.
