Meeting reports (Building Manager)
Writing up a meeting report used to mean creating a document outside SNDQ and uploading it afterward — agenda items, voting results and decisions all typed out by hand, with no link back to the meeting data itself. Now, a meeting report is generated directly from the agenda and voting data, so the numbers can't drift from what was actually decided.
For each agenda item, choose how much voting detail to show — from a simple approved or rejected, through a summary with the share percentage, a full for/against/abstain breakdown, all the way to a complete list of who voted what. Add notes to any item for context before, during or after the discussion, and export the finished report as PDF, DOCX, CSV or HTML. When it's ready, sign it digitally without leaving the platform — the report locks in place once the first signature is added, and the report itself is available in Dutch, French, English and German.

- Meetings: invites now go out through the same system as broadcasts, with delivery and read tracking, and can include the agenda in the same message. Agenda items can be created directly from an existing task, notification, case, quote or dispute, or built from a default template or a previous meeting's agenda, instead of starting from a blank list. Invitation and agenda documents can now be viewed and downloaded after they're sent, instead of only being generated.
