Distribution keys overview (Building Manager)
A building can have around 10 distribution keys, but the previous screen only showed them as a list, so you had to click into each one to see the full picture. All the distribution keys are now shown together in one table, and can be reordered by dragging them into place.
Archiving ended rental contracts
As a portfolio grows, ended and expired rental contracts pile up alongside active ones — cluttering the list and creating a risk of accidentally running indexation or generating rent on a contract that's already over. Archive a rental contract once it's ended or its termination is complete, from its detail page or for several at once from the list. An archived rental contract is hidden from your active workspace without losing any data, skipped entirely by the rent engine, and can be restored at any time. The rental contract overview also shows how many rental contracts are ready to be archived.
Rental contract history log
A rental contract's changes over time — who updated what, and when — weren't visible anywhere. A new tab on the rental contract detail page now shows the full history.
Improvements
- Distribution keys: a property can no longer be deleted while it's part of a distribution key, to prevent breaking the key's values.
- Rental contracts: a rental contract form no longer shows a "contract creation" date, which had no legal meaning and was easily confused with the signing date. The signing date can now be edited for an active rental contract that hasn't had an indexation revision yet. When a rental contract deposit is registered with Korfine, an account number is no longer required, since Korfine doesn't need one.
