Duplicate a meeting (Building Manager)
Setting up a recurring meeting — an Annual General Meeting, for example — meant rebuilding the agenda from scratch each year. A meeting can now be duplicated from its detail page or from the meeting list, carrying over its agenda, with the new one's title automatically updated.
Meeting invitations with a PDF attachment (Building Manager)
A meeting invitation could only be sent as plain email text. It can now include a PDF attachment as well, with its own separate content to write, so the email and the attachment don't have to say the same thing.
Meeting location by name (Building Manager)
A meeting's location had to be entered as a raw address. It can now be set by name instead — search for a place like a café or community hall, and the address fills in automatically. Clicking a supplier already linked to the building does the same.

- Meetings: an agenda item's content is now included when inserted, not just its title. The usual 3-week submission deadline now only applies to Annual meetings, not Extraordinary ones. A meeting's end time now defaults to an hour after the start time. Exporting the attendance list now includes each owner's share and distribution base. Invitations, reminders and updates can now be managed as templates in workspace settings.
- Meeting broadcasts: schedule one to send later instead of immediately, insert the property name as a template variable, and an owner is now the default recipient.
