Email signature and reply address
Emails sent from SNDQ came from a no-reply address, with no way to add a signature. A workspace can now set an email signature that's added automatically to every broadcast, along with a reply-to address so replies land somewhere someone actually reads them.

Broadcasts takes over from Inbox
Inbox — for reading incoming email inside SNDQ — has moved into the App Library, since Broadcasts is how most workspaces actually communicate. Broadcasts now has its own place in the main navigation instead.

Finding people by name
Search used to be inconsistent about matching people's names — you could find a building or a rental contract, but searching for an owner or tenant by name wouldn't reliably surface everything connected to them. Search by owner, tenant, supplier or assignee name now works consistently across most tables — buildings, contacts, rental contracts, units, purchase and sales invoices, tasks, and more.

Sophie, your AI assistant
Sophie is an AI assistant available from the App Library, and can now be enabled per workspace. Ask her a question — typed or spoken — and she answers using your workspace's own information, plus a web search when that's not enough. She now also keeps a conversation going, instead of starting fresh every time you open her.

Improvements
- Templates: a header and footer can now be configured for a template's PDF layout, with variables available to insert into them.
- Sales invoices: an invoice number can now be entered manually, useful when matching an outside accounting system.
- Contacts: the contact table can now be filtered by building and by correspondence preference.
- Broadcasts: select all recipients at once instead of one by one, send a test email to your own address before sending for real — with it pre-filled — and get a warning in the preview when a template variable has no value. When a workspace uses its own custom email domain, outgoing emails now look like a plain email instead of using SNDQ's own template. Letters are now sent manually by default, downloaded and handled yourself, instead of through an external mail service.
Bug fixes
Building manager
- Meetings: fixed an issue where an agenda with more than 10 items had items missing, both when viewing the agenda and when sending the meeting invitation by email.
