Upload a purchase invoice and have its supplier, amount and date extracted automatically, instead of entering them by hand.

Choose whether a purchase invoice is a regular invoice, a credit note, or an expense note, all from the same form, with a warning when it looks like it might already exist, and its number generated automatically.
Deduct owner costs from a payout (Property Manager)
A payout used to be calculated in full, after the management fee only, with no way to account for costs already paid on an owner's behalf. A payout can now deduct those owner costs before the final amount is calculated.

- Cost splitting: dividing a cost between an owner and a tenant on an invoice line is available again.
- Payouts: limit one to specific transaction types, instead of always including everything.

- Purchase invoices: fixed an issue where the approval step could get stuck showing as required after saving a draft and confirming the invoice. This step has since been removed from the flow entirely. An invoice can now also be edited after a payment is cancelled in Isabel, instead of staying locked.
