Mail a letter directly from SNDQ
Getting a letter physically posted meant printing it, folding it, stamping it and mailing it yourself, or paying for a separate service to do it. A letter can now be sent by post directly from a broadcast, printed, folded and mailed on your behalf, with an estimated delivery date shown upfront.
Reach a contact through several channels at once
A contact's correspondence preference only allowed one channel at a time. It can now be set to several at once, email, letter, text message or registered mail, and a broadcast sent to that contact goes out through all of them.
Improvements
Common
- Broadcasts: sending to more than 100 recipients no longer fails, a recipient's language is now shown with the right template picked automatically, and you can change a recipient's contact directly from the list using a menu.
- Letter downloads: get every letter from a broadcast as one merged PDF or as separate files in a zip, with a blank page inserted automatically when printing double-sided so pages don't end up on the wrong side.
- Search: results now appear as you type, grouped by type, with property details shown for contacts.
- Owner balances: click into a transaction or payment directly from the balance list to see its detail.
- Peppol invoices: a building can now have more than one Peppol address, for cases with a secondary enterprise number.
- Email signatures: choose a font in the signature editor, instead of a fixed one.
Property Manager
- Rental contracts: auto-renewal can now be turned on for a workspace, extending a lease automatically as it nears its end date.
Bug fixes
- Meetings: fixed a 2-hour time difference error that could appear in a meeting invitation.
