General meetings (Building Manager)
Track every general meeting for a building directly in SNDQ — agenda, topics, decisions — instead of managing minutes and follow-ups in separate documents outside the platform.
Key management
Buildings mean keys — for the front door, for the basement, for individual units — and keeping track of who has which one matters. Manage key groups, transfer a key from one holder to another, and add several keys at once, all from the platform.
Property search
Search across every property in your portfolio by keyword, instead of scrolling through building after building to find the one you need.
Rental contract template generation (Property Manager)
Generate a rental contract directly from a template, with tenant, unit and rent details filled in automatically, instead of writing one from scratch or copying an old one.
Improvements
- Meter improvements: gas meters now support an EAN code, and a dedicated overview shows every meter across a building at a glance
- Cost settlement now supports adding a cover letter — from a template or written from scratch — attaching supporting PDF files, and adding a cost directly during the settlement instead of only selecting from existing ones. Turn on "include purchase invoice copies" to automatically attach the linked purchase invoices to the settlement file.
Bug fixes
- Contacts: fixed several issues — a contact's subtype no longer defaults incorrectly to "owner", the form now matches your account language, saving a contact opens its detail page directly instead of the overview, and the Belgian national number now displays in the correct format.
- Properties: fixed several issues — the primary owner field can no longer be set with only one owner selected, a property's surface no longer shows as zero when left empty, and saving a property now redirects to its detail page.
- Rental contracts: fixed several issues — amounts now consistently show two decimals in the correct Belgian format (comma instead of period), and marking a deposit as received now allows uploading a supporting file.
