Owner and supplier balances, and working capital
Seeing what each owner or supplier owes or is owed meant piecing it together from the general ledger. Owner balances, supplier balances, and working capital and reserve fund balances are now their own views, each showing every owner or supplier at a glance. Click into any one of them to see their own ledger.
Chart of accounts
Review a building's full chart of accounts, adjust an opening balance directly, and download the list.
Improvements
- Purchase invoices, payments and payment requests: click through from a journal entry to see the source document behind it, and who or what created it. Accounting reports can now also be exported as an Excel file, alongside PDF.
- Distribution keys: a key can now be linked to a ledger account, so the right key is suggested automatically when that account is selected on a purchase invoice or credit note.
Bug fixes
- Balance sheet: fixed an issue where the report showed income and expense data instead of an actual balance of assets and liabilities.
