Payout (Property Manager)
Paying out rental income to a property owner after deducting your management fee usually means calculations done outside the platform. Configure a payout — with a management fee that can be set per owner or per rental contract, overriding your workspace default — and view the full detail of every payout.

- Broadcasts: messages can now use variables to personalize content for each recipient, and both broadcasts and their replies can be downloaded as a PDF
- Search: results from your homepage search now also include tasks, notifications and inbox messages
- Facilities: a certificate can now be uploaded and previewed directly when recording maintenance for a facility
- Date fields: pick a year and month directly, instead of clicking back one month at a time
- Contacts: importing contacts now sends an email in the recipient's own language, instead of only one language
Property Manager
- Rental contracts: a contract can now be terminated retroactively, with an end date in the past, and the date it was signed is now recorded when you upload it
Building Manager
- Quotes: the budget you set internally no longer appears in the request email sent to a contractor
Bug fixes
- Workspace settings: fixed several issues with the Ponto integration — the connection screen wouldn't open, the connection status showed incorrectly, and there was no way to go back.
- Tasks and notifications: fixed an issue where the message you added when closing a notification wasn't saved.
