Property ownership (Building Manager)
Tracking who owns a unit — and who owned it before — usually means digging through old contracts or asking around. A new ownership tab on each property shows the current and historical owners. Transfer ownership to a new owner directly from this tab, choosing whether unpaid payment requests move with the new owner or stay with the previous one. Older ownership history can also be added manually — this won't update accounting data automatically, so any corrections still need to be handled separately.

- Contacts: adding a unit from a contact's detail page now pre-fills that contact as the owner.
- Patrimony: when registering an insurance record on a building's passport, an existing supplier can now be selected, instead of only being able to create a new one.
- Distribution keys: now have a dedicated section on a building's detail page, with the ability to add, edit and delete a key, instead of only being set during building creation. Adding a new unit to a building now keeps the existing shares unchanged, with the new unit starting at 0%, instead of splitting every share again.
