Realtime alerts
Waiting to notice a new task or message meant refreshing the page or checking back later. Notifications now arrive the moment they happen — on screen, and as a push notification if you turn it on — with control over which types of notifications you want to receive.
Homepage setup checklist
Setting up a new workspace means several steps — connecting a bank account, adding your first building, inviting your team. A checklist on your homepage now shows what's done and what's still open, so nothing gets missed while you're getting started.
Workspace branding
Invoices and emails sent from SNDQ used to carry the same look for every workspace. Upload your logo, set your brand color and font, and they'll carry your own identity instead.
Improvements
- Meetings: every meeting now has four tabs — Overview, Agenda, Participants and Files — and creating a new meeting starts from a default agenda that follows Belgian co-ownership requirements (chairperson and secretary, annual accounts, reserve fund contribution, and more).
- Payments: adding a payment from a rental contract's cost now fills in the name, IBAN and remittance information automatically, so you only need to enter the amount. The remittance information itself now follows a consistent, structured format across every screen it appears on.
- Buildings: creating a building from an enterprise number now fills in the name and address automatically, instead of typing them by hand. Address search for buildings and rental contracts is now limited to Belgium, matching where SNDQ operates.
- Rental contracts: searching by tenant name now works from the rental contracts overview, results can be filtered by primary owner, and a property's energy label now displays correctly when adding it to a rental contract.
- Date fields: dates can now be typed as numbers, instead of only picking them from a calendar.
- Costs: a payment can now be unlinked from a cost, as long as it isn't already linked to a settlement or payout.
Bug fixes
- Properties: fixed an issue where the co-owner couldn't be changed when editing a property.
- Accounts: fixed an issue where an account's balance didn't update after adding a payment.
- Purchase invoices: fixed an issue where distribution keys for a building didn't load when creating a purchase invoice.
- Rental contracts: fixed an issue where opening a rental contract with a deleted contact caused an error.
- Onboarding: fixed an issue where an unrecognized house number blocked signing up.
- Meters: fixed an issue where searching for a meter didn't return results, and where a photo attached to a meter reading couldn't be viewed.
