Sign meeting reports (Building Manager)
Getting a meeting report signed used to mean printing it or handling signatures entirely outside SNDQ. A report can now be signed directly in SNDQ — by the chairperson, the secretary and a co-owner — by drawing a signature or uploading one.
Improvements
Common
- Broadcasts: select multiple recipients at once, instead of adding them one by one. A building's detail page now includes its broadcast history. A contact can now list a letter as their communication preference, alongside email.
- Suppliers: the supplier table now shows how many invoices are pending for each one.
- Purchase invoices: the account and distribution key can still be adjusted after an invoice is approved or paid, as long as the fiscal year is still open. Two comment fields are now available on a purchase invoice — one for internal notes that stay out of exports, and one that appears in exports and cost settlement documents.
Building Manager
- Meetings: the announcement step can now be skipped when creating a meeting, and every following step (agenda, invitation, report) still works as before. The building list now shows a building's next upcoming meeting directly in its own column. Meeting invitations, reminders and updates can now be managed as templates in workspace settings.
